ToF camera for automotive gesture recognition

The traffic accident rate may increase due to touch input while driving; in contrast, gesture interaction only requires the driver to make gestures naturally, and the feedback of the vehicle can be obtained without diverting attention, which is based on natural human-computer interaction. The technical safety driving assistance system makes all driving operations comply with the safe driving principle of "hands and eyes in the same direction", which greatly guarantees driving safety.

In order to solve the problem of driving safety in traditional car touch buttons, ToF camera can be used for gesture recognition control system. A control system based on ToF camera gesture recognition, which includes an image recognition module, an image processing module, a ToF camera control module, etc., which can be conveniently applied to automatic driving.
